Founded in 2006 and owned by Jo Maassen, TravelProof has evolved into a modern network agency built around flexibility, expertise, and, equally important, a personal click. One of the key experts is Harry Betist, a seasoned PR & marketing specialist with a strong track record in representation work, particularly for tourism boards. For full Benelux market coverage, TravelProof also collaborates closely with a leading Belgian agency partner, ensuring local expertise.

TravelProof has successfully represented destination marketing organizations, launched Skyscanner in the Netherlands, and supported brands such as London City Airport (with a strong focus on the business traveler), luxury Caribbean resort brand Sandals, and ticketing platform Tiqets. In the cruise segment, we’ve worked with companies like Costa Cruises and Oceania Cruises.
Our experience also includes long-term PR and representation for industry networks such as CLIA (Cruise Lines International Association) and CATA (Central America Tourism Agency). For six consecutive years, we handled corporate communications in the Dutch market for Delta Air Lines, a collaboration that combined strategic messaging with hands-on execution.

TravelProof operates from the so-called Groene Hart (“Green Heart”), with the historic city of Gouda as its central hub. Located in the centre of the Randstad, the urban region that includes the country’s four largest cities: Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague and Utrecht.
We are located just 20 minutes from The Hague, Rotterdam and Utrecht, 40 minutes to Schiphol Airport, and under an hour to both Amsterdam and Antwerp.
With travel professionals and partners located throughout the country and beyond, this central base allows us to stay close to our business partners.
